The mission was born out of a vision the founding members project to their team. This vision is one where small and mid-size companies have an affordable choice that provides them with the expertise of a large and diverse team like the fortune 500 companies have access to but with costs that compare to working with a friend or neighborhood web designer.
360 PSG values are centered around empowering the clients without causing them to dig into their pockets every time they need to enhance and improve their own web presence. By building incredibly robust and scalable solutions, 360 is able to deliver on their mission while following their vision and respecting the values our clients look forward to experiencing.
360 PSG was formed in 2005 when the founding team members were caught in the shutdown of their previous employer. The team was so concerned with keeping the handful of web clients from experiencing a service interruption that they self-financed the 360 start-up and produced only 3 new websites in total for the year 2005. This was done with 3 people working part-time. With rapid growth in sales, development, and staff... 360 PSG launched 156 new sites in 2008 alone (than 309 more sites in 2009), a growth of over 5000% in under 3 years (with almost 20 full time team members)! Currently the team deploys about 20 live launches each month for start-up customers that work from home and others that have grossed hundreds of millions a year. Much of this success can be attributed to the investment in building the Fission Web System, used by clients to update and edit their own web content... including custom tools specific to their organizational needs.
In 2009, during the worst economic crisis in the past 3 decades, 360 PSG was able to hire 6 additional full time staff members when neighboring companies were laying off regularly. By the end of 2009, 360 will have finalized the build-out and growth of their office space by over 50% and extended their stay in Amherst, NY for the next several years. As a homegrown WNY company, the team at 360 PSG believes Buffalo is an incredible place to build a technology center for the US and abroad. Surrounded by almost a dozen state universities, the computer science and arts programs are excellent for our team growth helping to employ multiple programmers with Bachelors in Computer Science and a full array of graphic artists, some with their BA in Media Arts. As we have added a full time office manager, project managers, content writers, account managers and more... 360 PSG is the fastest growing web development firm in the Western New York region, growing by incredible percentages year-over-year.

"My favorite part of the development process was when they would send me a new part of it to look at. It was like unwrapping a Christmas gift and I was never disappointed. They made me feel like their most important customer during this phase."

"Overall we are very pleased with our decision to go with 360 PSG and the Fission CMS. Because of how positive the experience we decided to change to 360 PSG for our monthly SEO services as well as are looking at possibly having another of our sister company websites built on the same platform next year."
