Located in downtown Buffalo, NY, One HSBC Center is the heart of the city skyline. The 1.2 million-square-foot executive office building is the tallest in New York State, outside of Manhattan, and its height guarantees spectacular views of the city of Buffalo and the surrounding areas.

The graphic designers at 360 PSG delivered a custom design that allows Seneca One to promote the Class A commercial office spaces available within One HSBC Center, as well as the other amenities and services available to building tenants.

Seneca One's new site utilizes Fission's Social Media Integration tools, which when used with the Fission News Manager, allows Seneca One to publish content to multiple accounts with one click, from the back end of their website. 360 PSG's programmers also custom developed a password protected area where tenants can submit requests to the building management.

Seneca One's new website operates on the Fission Web System, which contains built-in search engine optimization tools that have the potential to increase search engine ranking and improve visibility online. Seneca One chose an upgraded SEO package to include on-site optimization and Advanced Analytics, which includes benefits such as copy clean-up, keyword research, and executive reporting regarding the site's traffic and search engine ranking.

With the Fission Content Management System (CMS), Seneca One has the ability to create, edit, and update an unlimited number of content pages from any computer with internet access at any time.
