What were you looking for when decided to go with 360 PSG?

We wanted a website design that was beyond our own capabilities.  We wanted something clean and progressive looking. The designers at 360 PSG were able to build us a web presence that matched what we were looking for.

What was it like to work with us through the design process and ultimately, implementing your website?

I was shocked at how easy it was. It was pretty streamlined in comparison to what I've seen with other designers and design companies.   The 360 PSG designers did a good job at asking the right questions to determine what I needed.

We had a lot of input in our design - you could say it was co-created with 360 PSG.

Once your site was live what was your impression of it?

It was great, everything worked. Usually you expect there to be a couple kinks and there weren't any. 360 PSG delivered a perfect end product.

Now that your site is finished how does that affect your business? Have you noticed an uptick in traffic?

Definitely.  The manufacturing industry is a little behind in the times. Because of 360 PSG, our site is above and beyond our competitors. It's definitely improved customer relations and helped in the recruitment of new customers.
