I met and began working with Joel Colombo in 2005 when my organization hired 360 PSG to redesign and host our websites, as well as plan and build an organizational intranet.  Since then we have completed multiple projects that range from software development to consulting services.  We continue to work on other projects utilizing his talents and the talents of his staff.  He very quickly showed us his commitment to making a difference in our organization, and has become a partner to Hospice Buffalo, rather than a vendor.

Joel demonstrates the vision, confidence and determination of a good leader. He has demonstrated this by establishing and growing a very successful full service web development company to which none in the Western New York area can compare.  His success is a direct result of leading a staff whose main focus is on the customer. He and the 360 PSG team always follow through and fulfill promises made to the client.  He has a true passion for his business that is reflected in the projects he takes on, the employees that represent him and the commitment he makes to his customers. 

He strikes me as forward thinking, but he is also very straight-forward, humble and in tune with his own values and beliefs.  He is full of energy and really wants to make a difference in his industry and his community.  He has made a commitment to grow his company in the Western New York area and become involved in meaningful relationships such as his professional and personal involvement with my organization.
