What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?

For a long time our company has desired to be more competitive on the web but what we lacked was the right partner to get us there. 360 PSG offered us not only the design prowess we were seeking but also the tools to make us competitive in Search Engine Optimization and in organic search results.

How accurately did we combine your original vision with our professional expertise to assemble the proposal and project plan?

During our meeting with Nick, Ben, and Dan we expressed our vision and goals for the new site and the team was very receptive and offered constructive feedback on how to improve upon our initial ideas.

Did you utilize your "web project status" account and if so, how did the visibility and access affect you through the process?

I found the web project status program to be a bit cumbersome and mostly unnecessary as a client. I could see how 360 PSG would use the program to keep projects organized but as a client I have so many software programs and logins to keep track of that learning the Fission 360 editing tool plus regular checking of the web project status ended up being more of a hassle. The team was quick to respond to my emails and helped me work around the web project status roadblock.

Describe any steps you think you may want to take with 360 PSG to continue to grow this site even more in the future. What could 360 PSG do to make future projects move smoother, faster, or easier for you and your company?  

Our website is a constantly evolving entity and 360 has been vital to that process. In the future I expect our success in cyberspace to be tied closely to our relationship with 360 PSG. In closing, rethink or redesign web project status more with the customer in mind is my only critique.
