"Obviously the design portion of the site was the most fun - creating a brand new site that encompassed both schools was a challenge - but the team listened to our needs and interpreted what we wanted."

"The fact that [360 PSG] was a one-stop-shop appealed to us as everything we needed was all in one company."

~Sharon Myers, Southern Tier Catholic School & Archbishop Walsh Academy

What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?

Our two schools - Southern Tier Catholic School and Archbishop Walsh Academy - merged into one school but we were still managing two different sites on two different systems. We decided we needed one site - branded for the schools - that accurately told our story.

Describe what services and products peeked your interest when initially engaging with 360 PSG.

We had a few planning sessions with 360 so that they understood exactly what we were looking for - pointing out what was most important to us and looking at other sites to gauge what type of design we were interested in for our own site. The fact that it was a one-stop-shop appealed to us as everything we needed was all in one company.

What was your favorite part of the process? Did you utilize your "web project status" account and if so, how did the visibility and access affect you through the process?

I've used project management software before so I found the Web Project Status site very helpful. It kept us all on task and documented everything going on with the site. Obviously the design portion of the site was the most fun - creating a brand new site that encompassed both schools was a challenge - but the team listened to our needs and interpreted what we wanted.

Express your personal level of satisfaction with the final product.

We are thrilled with our site - the most common comment I receive is that it is easy to navigate and that it looks professional. Those are two important factors for a small private Catholic school like ourselves. We are able to create a really nice site on a budget - yet it has the ability to grow with us as we hopefully expand.

How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?

We've just recently launched so it will be interested in to see the level of interaction. We are already getting people signing up for an e-newsletter and giving us general information about themselves. So that is helpful.
