My experience with 360 PSG while building and designing our site was a positive one.  The 360 team was very helpful and responsive to any issues that arose.  I was able to give my input every step of the way in order to ensure that the website was designed precisely to Westmatic's needs. Yes, I did utilize the "web project status" account to monitor tasks and deadlines. The level of support and interaction throughout the development process was excellent.

The final product of the site not only met Westmatic's original vision, but exceeded our expectations.  The CMS is extremely user-friendly, and I've felt confident using it from day one.  I like the fact that I can update our website quickly and at any time, as our industry is rapidly changing.  The functionality of the site is not only great for me, but is also great for our customers who can now easily navigate our professional-looking site and obtain the information that they need.

The new website has brought increased qualified leads, and therefore increased sales.360 PSG has greatly improved our organic search results and has made us a top player in the Large Vehicle Wash System industry. The support team has been readily available, and quick to assist with any issues. It would be great for 360 to host "workshops" for their current customer database, outlining the CMS capabilities, and other products 360 offers. (SEO, Google Adwords monitoring, Google analytics monitoring).
