What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?
Our website, at the time was very old, out-dated and incomplete. As more & more people do research on-line, it became apparent the need for an accurate and informative website. The idea of being able to tweak and revise the website using Fission software made 360 PSG very desirable.
We were referred to 360 PSG by one of our client companies.
Using the Fission software offered by 360 PSG was a major factor in choosing this web design company. Our old site required an outside vendor to make updates and changes so being in charge of our changes & updates was a major selling point. Knowing, at the end of the project, that a group of users would be trained on the software was also a selling point.
Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.
Initially, we had some difficulties in getting the project off the ground. Some of it was our fault and some of it not. I, as well as the owners of Healthworks-WNY, was very impressed with how 360 PSG stepped-in and addressed the problems and corrected them, fully to our satisfaction.
Working with Dan Fritz was a positive experience. He was professional & knowledgeable.

Each time I access Fission, my confidence level grows. I have added new pages, banners, images, etc... At times, I have needed to consult with the technical staff at 360 PSG and they are always polite & informative.

As businesses evolve, so too does the need for your website to grow and change. Being in control of the site is a good business decision. Changes can be made as needed without having to wait for them. Of course major changes require some technical assistance but most changes we have made since launching our website were done based on the training we received.
How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?
When the website was launched, our "Contact Us" page was very basic. It was designed based on our criteria. Since then, the page was updated based on recommendations by 360 PSG. Now the requests we receive are more specific and offer us more insight into our customer base.
