Describe what services and products peeked your interest when initially engaging with 360 PSG.

The ECIDA had 3 goals in mind for our new website. First, we wanted the flexibility to manage the content on the website ourselves. It was important to us to be able to update information on the website as needed rather than "request" the changes and "wait" for them to be made. Second, we wanted to limit the amount of manual processing behind the scenes when our customers ordered services (such as credit reports) online. Lastly, we wanted to improve our overall online image. Having a website that was professional, current and was something we could be proud of, was of importance to us.

Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.

We had originally put the project out as a request for proposal.  We had a clear vision on what we wanted our website to be, as was outlined in the RFP.  360 was able to take that document and turn it into a cohesive proposal which met, and exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed seeing the transformation of our old site design into something modern and interactive.  Everyone was amazed to see the initial design and excited with the direction 360 was taking our vision.

How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?

Yes, we do feel that our new website has had a positive impact on the ECIDA. We were proud to be recognized by the New York State Economic Development Council (NYEDC) at their annual meeting on May 26th where amongst other awards, the ECIDA took home the Certificate of Excellence award for our website. Another positive impact of the website has been the increased sales of our Worldwide Credit report product. The streamlined process has eliminated several manual steps we had to take each time a customer ordered a credit report online. The automation per our new website has allowed the ECIDA to more aggressively market our credit reports resulting in significantly increased sales of this product.
