What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?

Our website was in need of a new more up-to-date look. Several years ago now we had hired 360 PSG to overhaul our site giving us more control over content...we needed to be able to manage the site ourselves and your Fission platform was what we were looking for. The 360 PSG team worked with us to accomplish that goal, as well as taking on the hosting of the site. When it came time to change the sites look we naturally came back to the 360 team.

Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.

The redesign of our site was fairly straight forward...we met with the team, discussed the desired changes and went to work implementing the improvements. We did use the "web project status" tool and found it very helpful keeping the project moving forward. Interaction was great, as well as, the level of support the 360 team provided during the entire redesign process.

The final product is exactly what we were hoping for. We are very happy with the new look and functionality. Fission is very user-friendly and our comfort level using it is very high. The training we went through was easy to comprehend and effective...problems were solved with a quick phone call. The ability to change the site using Fission allows us to add critical information quickly and easily to be viewed by visitors.

What is the nature of the responses on the new site?

Nothing but positive comments about the new look site...our website traffic is up and we're discussing more improvements. The whole redesign process went very smoothly...the time line for completion was right on target.
