The previous host for our website was sort of a "friend of the boss's" kind of thing.  The biggest drawback was when I made changes to the site, it would reload the entire website!  Also, there was little we could do on our end and the software was ancient.

Actually, we were recommended to you by our IT guy, and you basically transferred our existing website to your CMS.

I pretty much waited (with baited breath) for the moment I could explore the site before it went live.
