What made you choose 360
PSG as your provider for this website?
When I arrived at Mercy Flight, almost 4 years ago, we had a static web page that we could not modify. It was useless for us as well as the 100 people who would visit it each month. As a not-for-profit, we reached out to several local providers and Globalquest offered to design and host our site for free. My wish list included an attractive site that I could modify and expand myself. Our new site met all of those needs and our web traffic surged upward. When Globalquest decided to exit the web site hosting business, 360 PSG offered to re-design our site again and set us up with their platform. At first, I was a little concerned about the switch.
Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.
When it came time to establish our new web site, the designers at 360 PSG met with me, listened to what I was saying and gave me exactly what I was looking for - even though I may not have known it at the time. The site was visually striking, extremely functional and very intuitive for me to work with.
My favorite part of the development process was when they would send me a new part of it to look at. It was like unwrapping a Christmas gift and I was never disappointed. They made me feel like their most important customer during this phase.
Explain how the final project aligned with the original vision and planning process.
Our final project was better than I ever expected. I was proud to refer people to our web site. While the Fission platform was quite intuitive for me, the provided one-on-one training made things even easier. The day after we launched it, I was confidently adding new pages and content.
How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?
"We regularly receive rave reviews about our web site and have seen our web traffic rise by 2000%, yes two-thousand percent, since that original dysfunctional web page. Many more people know a lot more about Mercy Flight due to our 360 PSG web site. Plus, on-line donations have sky-rocketed. Due to their insightful planning during the initial stages, I have only identified a couple of desired additions or modifications and these were promptly completed. In almost two years, I have only encountered one ""glitch"" that required attention from 360 PSG and it was quickly resolved. I routinely recommend 360 PSG to anyone asking about web sites and will never hesitate to use them again.
