The 360 PSG approach relies on a team-based strategy. In fact, we're a team of specialists. Programming is performed exclusively by expert software designers. Your website's visual design? Cultivated by trained graphic designers. Our web content team consists of copywriters experienced in search engine optimization and effective public relations and marketing writing.

Individually, we're skilled. Together we add up to form a powerful web development team, with the ability to deliver projects large and small.

We're an innovative company loaded with experience. The three key members that founded and helped jump-start 360 PSG can be found below:

Joel Colombo, Managing Partner, President

Mr. Colombo started programming on the internet before web browsers could show pictures. He started his first retail computer store at the age of 19 and quickly grew into web software as a business. In 2002 he helped found and build Nexserver PSG which later led to his team formation and eventual launch of 360 PSG in 2005. Mr. Colombo serves on the volunteer board of Brush Up Buffalo and participates in many business-to-business councils.

Matthew Whelan, Managing Partner, Operations

Mr. Whelan entered the software development business soon after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo in 2003. He joined Mr. Colombo at Nexserver PSG, quickly becoming a lead programmer with the company. In 2005 he and Mr. Colombo created 360 PSG, pairing their combined business and software acumen to form a Buffalo-based company focused on quality and growing with its clients.

Benjamin Shepard, Director of Graphic Services and Marketing

Mr. Shepard leads the design force behind 360 PSG. Mr. Shepard graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University at Buffalo, and started his career as a professional photographer and media consultant. In 2005 he joined Mr. Whelan and Mr. Colombo at 360 PSG's inception to add artistic design to their programming expertise. Ben is also active in many local community and not-for-profit organizations, helping establish an annual youth dodgeball tournament in Williamsville, NY that involves hundreds of children from the Buffalo area.
