This is an open position for full time sales with base salary, plus some of the highest commissions in the industry.

Our latest need is for even more expansion in our sales department. We are looking for someone to join the existing sales team and continue our exceptional growth in web services. This role would primarily be titled "Business Developer".

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new prospects, leads and contacts through aggressive sales techniques (locally and outside the region).
• Introduce the 360 PSG turnkey products (Fission) for small-midsize businesses and non-profits
• Work the process from prospecting, through proposals, to closing the kickoff agreements.
• Sell web and web-based application development and associated design, internet marketing, implementation & consulting services to clients. (including website design, custom web applications, search engine optimization, and email marketing campaigns, etc)
• Up-selling/cross-selling and growing new and existing accounts
• Developing consultative and trusted-advisor status
• Aggressively closing new business through short to mid-length sales cycles, with excellent attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Some IT, software, consulting, professional services or web development/web solutions sales experience (web dev sales experience is the best "plus")
• Experience with consultative selling techniques, Any training in formal methodologies a big plus.
• Proven ability to close broad range of complex solutions contracts ($1,000 - $100,000 scopes)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and internal/external relationship building skills
• Strong, articulate and engaging communicator
• A consistent history of building sales pipelines and revenue attainment (attention to detail in accountability/tracking)
• Excellent presentation skills

This is a FULL TIME position in Amherst, NY with an open start date.

A shared office space with personal desk, computer, and dedicated phone (with private extension) will be provided for day-to-day operations.
Looking for candidates that desire (and feel they can earn) six-figure salary... $100k+ annually is very possible for the right person.
