Based in Buffalo, Read to Succeed is a coalition of 70 local organizations who are dedicated to improving reading and writing skills, financial literacy, computer literacy, health literacy, and workforce literacy.

360 PSG graphic designers created a custom website for Read to Succeed Buffalo, including a custom Flash piece, giving them a professional online presence where they can provide their literacy services to a broader audience.

360 PSG's programmers developed two custom components, one for volunteers and one for Reading Coalition members, that work together to help bring Read to Succeed's literacy services to the public. Reading Coalition members can create a profile and update their information, including their organization, contact details, and literacy services available, to help the public and interested volunteers easily find them through the website. When they visit the Read to Succeed, the public can search for specific literacy services and the component matches their needs to the appropriate Reading Coalition member who offers those services.

The volunteer component allows volunteers to offer their skills and literacy services to Reading Coalition members by submitting an online application. The system then matches volunteers to coalition members and allows them to choose who they would like their information submitted to. The volunteer's application information is then sent to the primary contact for that organization.

360 PSG provided comprehensive search engine optimization and content cleanup to help improve Read to Succeed's online visibility and search engine rankings. In addition, with their site operating on the Fission Web System, Read to Succeed has access to all of the powerful SEO tools built in to their website.

Read to Succeed Buffalo has the ability to add, update, and manage unlimited pages with content, multimedia, and images with the Fission Content Management System (CMS).

The Fission Web System allows Read to Succeed to supplement their new website with custom add-ons and applications at any time to increase functionality and grow their website as their business grows.
