How did you come to 360 PSG?
I had a website that basically was built by a neighbor as a side project, and it was not very good. It was hard to maneuver through and the pictures were not very clear. Some of the text wasn't the best. When I brought my website to 360 PSG, I didn't have a very good website.
I have talked to other people who have used other companies and they were quite expensive, and I saw your other work. I was impressed by your referrals and who you worked with. It was a good bang for my buck and I thought it was very reasonable.
I didn't have a modern website, and it wasn't a very functional website. When I brought it to 360 PSG we sat down and they brought a lot of creativity to the website - a modern look to it.
Why did you choose 360 PSG?
360 PSG listened to all my needs, and they were able to fill them. I was impressed by the turnaround time, and the price was right. Ever since then 360 PSG has always helped me with little additions to the websites, and on how I could save some money by doing it myself as opposed to charging me hourly.
With 360 PSG, it wasn't all about the dollar - it was more about customer satisfaction and long term partnership with you.
It not only saved me money but gave me a little more hands on - and anything larger like placing a picture or something like that I would bring in and he would charge me a reasonable rate, but anything small I can do and I thought that was helpful in keeping the price down.
How has your new site helped your company?
It made our company look a little stronger, a little more professional, rather than a bit of a Mickey Mouse company. That's important on the Internet because you don't have the face-to-face contact.
When customers came across our website they knew they were dealing with a more professional company. Now I'm more apt to advertise my site, and promote it due to the fact that 360 did such a nice job.

I'm not a computer guy, I'm in sales, and I use a computer more for my entertainment. 360 PSG brought it down to my level. Their staff made it user friendly for me.
When we sat down for the meeting, the 360 PSG staff did the projector on the wall and the presentation on how they were going to change my website it helped me evolve the idea and made me more involved in the process, rather than me giving them a piece of information and then put something on the computer and send me a bill. 360 PSG gave me the ability to add my input. They were a real problem solver for me.
