How did you find 360 PSG and what were you looking for?
Wanted to change our existing website, it was outdated. We were using a template that did not represent our company.
What was it like working with our designers for your redesign?
It was great; they were very helpful, always returned phone calls promptly. They took care of everything whenever it needed to be taken care of.
tell me about what it's like to have the CMS system, does it make it easy for you to add things to your website?
Yes, we decided to go with CMS for that reason. It makes it easy to add photos or projects and keep it up to date. It was something I was able to do personally without much extra help.
Did you need much training to get it to work the way you wanted it to?
No, just two hours of training sitting with Ben, who showed me how to use it. I stared to mess around with it in the office and gave him a call if I had any questions and within a couple of hours I had the hang of it.
How do you feel about the site support when you need help?
All positive experiences, there hasn't been too much that I needed. A couple times I've had to change the opening page to try to promote a particular project we've been working on. Instead of having the site open to our default page I just made a call to Matt and he had the site open to a different property. Then when I was finished in a couple weeks I would make another call and he would change it back to our default page.
Were you able to have a big input into the redesign of your website? Does the final outcome match what you had hoped for?
Yes, I was hoping for something that was clean, straightforward and not confusing. I find that some sites are hard to follow and I wanted something that was simple and clean. It actually had one of our tenants call because they saw that we were a customer of yours and he asked what our experience was and I told him how enjoyable you were to work with. I believe he is actually one of your clients now, he decided to go with you.
Were you able to put a lot of input into the site?
Oh yeah, I pretty much put it together, they gave me the template and I put everything in it... I think, I may be am giving myself a little extra credit.
It was easy, it turned out well and the price was hard to beat. We had quotes from other places at ten thousand dollars and up to get a site up.
