One word: PERFECT. It represents our atmosphere with a calm look and smooth feel moving around the site. It is still trendy and we are really able to customize any time we want in order to get information out.
How do you think the site works? Is it easy to use?
Navigating the site is very easy. We were able to make drop down menus and multiple pages for lots of info. It should be very easy for customers to use.
How about the Fission CMS? Is it easy to use? Do you feel confident using it?
Using the CMS is pretty easy. Once we practiced with some pages we were able to add and edit content quickly and easily. When I do have difficulty I call a 360 PSG representative and he walks me through the issue to resolution.
How do you think visitors or customers will respond to their site?
So far, they love the look. We are hoping they will utilize the site to answer many of the questions they usually call us for. It is very eye-catching and easy to read. They should love every visit.
What was the process like working with 360 PSG to build and design your site? Was it a positive experience?
Very positive. Joel was very easy to talk to and very helpful in helping us make the decision to go with his company. The graphic designers nailed our design on the first go. We met and spoke and he got it exactly as we pictured wanting it.
He has been very patient with all of my phone calls and very encouraging when I have become frustrated with the work I had to do. Everyone has been very nice and attentive to our needs.
Do you think you had a good amount of input in the design of your site?
We were able have total input on our website. We could have had it entirely changed if it was not right. They listened to everything we asked and met all of our desires for our site. We are in the business of appearance enhancement, and looks are everything in our industry.
Is there anything else you'd like to add about your site or 360 PSG?
I will higly reccommend 360 PSG to everyone I meet. Well, except other salons and spas (ha ha) We are very happy and feel we have made a friend for life.
