What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?
We were in need of a new website, BADLY! I was a classmate of Joel Colombo's in the CEL program. After getting to know Joel and Matt and hearing other people talk about their positive experiences, I decided to go to their website to see their work. I was very impressed with the clean, professional looking websites they had done for other clients. Just like most businesses today, cost was something that I was afraid of, but I knew I would get what I paid for. The pricing that 360 PSG offers is in line with what companies like mine - small businesses - can afford and desire. I wanted something that looked great, would help me drive traffic to the site and ultimately turn into sales, while also being able to make quick changes myself. 360 PSG helped me accomplish all of my goals.

360 was very thorough in gathering data to ensure that they were meeting my needs. They were sure to keep the plan in line with my budgetary numbers and also in line with my goals of delivering information to customers that would ultimately encourage them to contact me by either phone or email.

The biggest compliment I could have gotten was a "great job" by our company's owner and my father. He was so impressed by it. I now go to trade shows in my industry and brag about our website where in years past I would have been embarrassed to hand out my website. I love that I can make weekly or monthly changes to my website easily.
How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?
Customers love our website. They find it easy get the information they are looking for. Traffic has increased significantly over the last year. We have been very happy with our results. The website lets us grow and change with our business. It is a nice reflection of the company we try to portray to our customers: professional.
