What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?
As the technology association for WNY we are interested in helping both technology companies and techies connect.
Our member companies wanted a way to promote their available jobs to interested technology professionals. The thing that made the most sense was an online job board.
Since we launched it our members have been very happy with the results. They can easily post jobs and receive resumes in a very efficient manner. This has turned into a big member benefit for the organization.
Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.
Jason and the team worked hard with me to create a plan that both served our needs but also fit into how 360PSG develops their content management platform.
We were in regular communication and I was very impressed with the proactive nature of the engagement. The team was there when I needed them and stayed on top of the project until it was completed and it was launched.
What was your favorite part of the process?
I was surprised at how easy the process was, at least from my point of view, I didn't have to do the work!
Describe the level of support, interaction and organization the team provided to you during development.
The 360PSG team were extremely responsive and constantly offering ideas and advice on how to create the best possible web presence. They are truly experts in web development. What was especially nice was they were able to talk to me in layman's terms so even I could understand it.
Due to our original web project crashing, we brought in 360PSG to rescue us. We were on a deadline to get the site launched in conjunction with our annual BETA Awards. This put pressure on the 360PSG team to get the work done and site launched faster than they would probably have liked.
The 360 team was great to work with even though I probably frustrated them a ton. I never sensed they were sick of me although I would have been sick of me.
If you are using the
Fission platform for managing your website, describe it's user-friendliness,
your comfort level and confidence using it.
I've been using the Fission platform
to manage the site and I find it very easy to use and straight forward. I'm very comfortable in using the system and
if I have a question, the folks from
360PSG are always there to help.
Describe, in detail, the features or aspects of functionality that are having the most impact on you and your visitors.
I find the job board and events modules to be the ones we use most. Both work great with the events module allowing us to take credit cards over the web and allow members to register for our events.
What was the training and educational portion like?
360PSg offered me training but being me, I declined and decided to learn it myself with some phone/email help from 360PSG on specific questions. I think this is a testament to how user friendly Fission really is.
How have you seen your customers, visitors, or the business itself impacted by the new website?
Since the launch of the site a couple of years ago we've had increased traffic and offer our members better customer service and value.
Members were very happy that we added credit card functionality to the site rather than the clunky system we had using PayPal in the past.
The service and value of our investment with 360PSG has been unmatched. I'm extremely happy we are working together and think the relationship will continue for the foreseeable future.
