What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?

I had just retired and needed a website to start my Coaching Business. Actually, I had been looking at 360 for a year before I decided to launch the site. In fact, I called and spoke with them one year before. I was very impressed, I have had many sites and many people design or attempt to design those sites. Not any of them impressed me like the 360 group. After my intensive research I went with 360 based on their knowledge and capabilities. The Fission System also looked very impressive.

The Fission System is great, it is the most full-featured, easy-to-use system I have come across. The things you, and I mean "YOU," can do are almost endless. During the planning stage I felt really good about selecting 360 for the design of my site.

Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.

During development I was amazed at the system they have to keep you updated. I was used to a lot of back and forth and misunderstanding with other designers, but not with 360. You can always log on and see the status of your site. When I needed to speak with someone, it was not a problem. I could not make my mind up between two designs. The designer designed the site so that I could have both designs; the support is excellent!

If you are using the Fission platform for managing your website, describe it's user-friendliness, your comfort level and confidence using it.

The site is great, I can change designs with the flip of a switch. I am still changing and moving things around. The good thing is that the Fission System is so user friendly anyone can use it. Depending on what marketing strategies I am using I can quickly adjust my site to that strategy. The more you use the Fission System, the more you learn.

The site's post launch results have been great. I requested  a couple of small technical changes and they were made, without charge. When I call tech support I go straight to the help I need. Tech support and the front office support is excellent!
