What made you choose 360 PSG as your provider for this website?

We knew our website had to appeal to a wide audience, from individuals wanting to learn more about what we do, to funders seeking information and stats, to potential young clients seeking our services.  We have been with 360 PSG for years and knew that when we needed an update, they were the company with which we wanted to stay.

Describe the experiences of building and designing your site with 360 PSG.

We worked as a staff to create a framework for the information we wanted to relay to the public, which programs and services we wanted to highlight and created a crude "skeleton." We then met with the 360 PSG team and they helped to flesh out the imagery and feel for site.

Express your personal level of satisfaction with the final product.

The final project was very, very close to achieving what we had envisioned originally.  Whatever aspects "missed the mark" we were able to address on our end based on content we were able to modify (again, small tweaks here and there).

Overall, we have been very pleased with the framework and performance of our website.  We are constantly thinking of ways to enhance the site as a one-stop tool for folks interested in our mission and offerings.  Having 360 PSG telephone support has been great - each time we call with questions or concerns, we always end the call with the solution to whatever problems we encountered.
