BURLINGTON, MA, MARCH 11, 2008 - As a company that builds its business by being at the cutting edge of technology in its field, In-Building Cellular needed a website that matched their technological expertise. This led them to work with 360 PSG, who worked with the staff at In-Building Cellular to deliver a new website that not only has an up-to-date look, but has functionality to match and exceed In-Building Cellular's industry peers.


"With your first impression of looking at the site, it's obviously more up-to-date," said Jim Hachey, In-Building Cellular vice president and general manager. "But more than that, the new website allows us to be more in tune with our customers and what their needs are."



In-Building's new website (http://www.inbuildingcellular.com) included not only a new redesign, but the Fission Content Management System and a content package that should help In-Building Cellular take advantage of search engine traffic, directing potential customers to their site through Google and other search engines.



With the Fission CMS, In-Building now has the ability to easily make changes to their website, adding news articles, products, testimonials, or anything else they want, instantly. Hachey said the new flexibility allows them to adjust their message to match the continuously changing technology of their indoor wireless solutions, and keep spreading news of new applications and functionality that In-Building Cellular can provide clients.



"The content management system gives us the ability to respond to industry news and new product releases on a just-in-time basis, and it gives us immediate feedback on our customers and our competitors," Hachey said.



With the content package In-Building Cellular utilized, their staff worked with 360 PSG copywriters to devise copy for their website that not only sells their products and services, but is also optimized for search engine traffic, raising their company profile on a national level.



"The copy services from 360 PSG helped us take a lot of industry key phrases and key words and make them readable," Hachey said. "The in-building cellular world is an unknown to a lot of folks, and the copywriters made a complex subject a little easier to understand in common language, while still appealing to carriers, technicians and cellular equipment manufacturers."



The redesign of In-Building Cellular's website added new design elements for the company, including graphical calls-to-action and a new Flash-animation element on their homepage, highlighting many of In-Building's services.



"The graphics are great - our site is now focused on call-to-action, driving visitors to respond and learn more about our solutions and how our services can enhance their business," Hachey said.
