Amherst, NY based web development and web design company 360 Professional Services Group closed 2008 with a longer resume, tallying nearly 150 new site launches on the year.

Local businesses Artpark, Dave's Christmas Store, and Dasa Properties, LLC each kicked off sites with 360 PSG in 2008. In addition regional launches, 360 PSG grew its client base around the United States with Stryve Life Coaching (Hollidaysburg, PA), Kulch Financial Services Inc. (Nashua, NH), Cherokee Rose Ranch (Sterling, UT), and Inner Selling Institute (Burlington, VT) all inaugurating sites.

Artpark Public Relations Coordinator Mike Freedman commented on the process of working with 360 PSG: "The staff at 360PSG was excellent in implementing the new Artpark website. They were always very responsive to any questions that may arise and do a great job in educating administrators on how to properly utilize their outstanding system."

It wasn't only big business taking advantage of 360 PSG's quick and affordable web design services. Heart of the City, Inc., a Buffalo, NY based not-for-profit Community Development Corporation, had 360 PSG redesign their site in order to better benefit community members involved with the organization.

Stephanie Simeon, Heart of the City Executive Director, said, "You rarely find a non-profit this size that has a fully functional website, so it really puts us out there as being a professional organization."

360 PSG provides fast and affordable web design and consulting solutions tailored to each client.

"Our site has a unique look that invites the visitor to get to know us. It's both personable and professional. It communicates substance without being overwhelming," said Susan Woods, Partner, Henderson Woods LLC.

With its sights set on delivering the best possible service to clients, attentive customer service is 360 PSG's number one priority.

"For someone like me who had never designed a site, I think your designers were patient and asked the kind of basic questions that needed to be asked to guide me through the process," said John Schmarney, President, Small is Big Network.

Dr. Steve Taubman, Founder, Inner Selling Institute, said, "Most importantly, the customer service has been good. Every time I've called I've gotten a live person. People have taken the time to answer my questions."

In 2005, the year of 360 PSGs inception, the web design company kicked off just four sites.

Focus on upgrading software, improving the Fission Web System, the addition of new staff members, updating website content (blogs, news, portfolio pieces), and maintaining a strong presence in the Buffalo community through partnerships with BNI Western New York have helped 360 PSG continue to thrive.

Joel Colombo, Managing Partner, President of 360 PSG, said, "The whole team built strong relationships and stayed true to our customers (and potential customers) and kept total focus on helping small-to-mid size companies succeed online while staying within their budget."

In 2009, 360 PSG hopes to continue its progress by increasing customer support.

"With increased marketing and exposure, 360 expects to double the number of website launches while increasing quality, features, and support while maintaining or even reducing overall customer costs," Colombo said.

He concluded, "360 PSG understands the needs and budgets of small and mid-size companies. Our mission has always been to stay focused on offering the biggest, best solutions at costs that those businesses and non-profit organizations can truly afford."
