360 PSG Creative Director, Ben Shepard Featured in Buffalo Law Journal Article
In the article, entitled "Putting Your Web Site to Work," Shepard emphasized the importance of maintaining a professional online identity to promote brand awareness.
"In the world of the Web, you have seven seconds to make a good impression," he says. "If that fails, your success rate drastically decreases."
Websites have made an impact in the advertising game for law firms by giving them the ability to reach out to more customers through web-based content as opposed to print ads or word of mouth.
"For my generation especially, the Web has become the credible tool for being found," Shepard said. "I can't tell you the last time I used the Yellow Pages to look something up."
While the article focused on the impact the web has made on law firms, it also pointed out that the luxury of having a website is no longer reserved for big businesses. They have become a necessity for even the smallest company, no matter the industry.
"The days of your next-door neighbor's son building your site are gone," Shepard said. "The competition is just too thick to get away with that. Having a site where the information is current and well-maintained and the site will draw customers in is crucial."
Providing big business web development for small business prices, 360 PSG employs a full-time staff of professional graphic designers who work to preserve and promote even the smallest business' online identity. 360 PSG's Fission Web System allows small to medium sized businesses to grow their website as they evolve as a company or organization, while maintaining the functionality of a big business website.
