I wanted to redesign our existing website and also to create a brand new website. We wanted to allow users to request samples online also to change the look and feel of the current site so that it wasn't as cluttered and was more design-oriented.

The new website was for a new handbag line of Garrett Leathers. We wanted it to have the same look and feel but be separate. For that site we needed it to have the capability for people to make purchases with a "shopping cart" online and be able to put in their credit card information.

We used our own design and 360 did the programming and set up the Content Management System and administration.

What was it like working with 360 PSG?

I came to your location and the 360 PSG staff walked me through the whole CMS prcess and showed me the training aspects of it. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, the professionalism and the talent that is part of 360; I also met other members of the team, Matt, and Joel. I was very impressed.

Once the site was up and the design was all taken care of, I would call 360 PSG staff directly for questions about the functionality and the CMS. They were always very professional and quick to answer my questions. If I had to leave a message or write an email they would respond quickly.

I've been very impressed across the board with everything that has been done for us. I am very pleased with all of the assistance, support and work that has gone into our sites and continues to, I'm just very happy to work with everyone at 360.

How have the products themselves, like the CMS and the E-Commerce, how have those worked for you?
I was able to train a brand new employee in two weeks on the CMS. She took over all of the discount code distribution, inventory controls, web order processing, how to retrieve the credit card information, so that I could take my maternity leave. The products are so user friendly that she was able to handle everything for my entire leave. Everything has been running so smoothly. We're already looking at new ideas and additions we'd like added to the program that we didn't think of before.

We are very pleased with the whole design of the program, the user friendliness, the design and the whole look of it.
