Can you tell me what you were looking for and what directed you to 360 PSG?

We were looking to update our website, it was about 4 or 5 years old.  

 

What ultimately led you to work with us?

We looked at a few of you websites and liked what they did.  They were easy to navigate and I get a lot of complements from people that are on the site and tell us how nice it is.

 

The site is pretty functional for you then?

Yes, we're able to maintain it and whenever I call Matt or Ben they're always very knowledgeable. They will help me out right over the phone and get back to me quickly.  Your customer service is excellent in my opinion.

 

Had you looked into other web development companies or designers before you went with us?

Yeah we did, we didn't like the profile of their websites or what they did.

 

How does the CMS, Content Management System work out for you?  It's a little different feature than most other companies offer.

That was a nice thing because prices change all the time in our business and vehicles, we get new ones, and sell old ones so it's a lot easier if I can stay right on it and change things when I need to.

 

Is it easy to use?

Can you tell me about the design process?

We were able to log in and view the site as it was being built and make changes before it went online.

 

So you had a lot of input into what your site actually looked like?

Absolutely, it wasn't "give us all the information and we'll call you in a month".   We were in contact about every week.  If something new was added he would let me know and I'd take a look and if something needed changes he'd make the necessary changes.

 

You did a great job and it shows by the compliments I get through our website and people that are inquiring bout our services.

 

So has the site helped you business?  When people look up limos now it's nice to see what they have to offer.

Definitely, the showroom page gives people more insight on what the vehicle looks like.  It allows people to view the interior and the exterior, they are all numbered, you just click right on it and the thumbnail shoots up into a big picture.

 

Would you say the website has driven more sales for you?

Most definitely, I get more hits and am getting an average of 15 requests for a limousine a day which is up about 8 from the old website.  There is a request limousine area on the site and that has pretty much doubled our business.
