What do you think about the look of your website? Is it what you were hoping for?

I think the look is very professional, elegant, and easy on the eyes. Yes, it is exactly the look that I was looking for; very corporate and professional, yet elegant.

How has your site appealed to visitors?

We have had many compliments regarding our site. Our patients rave about the design and the content. We are very proud to hear such great feedback.

Has your site helped your business?  How?

Not yet, we haven't begun marketing it. Our business has not increased because of our site...yet. But it does help build credibility with our current customers and referrals that we get from them.

How about the Fission CMS? Is it easy to use? Do you feel confident using it?

YES! I have used the Fission CMS before and this system is a breeze. I highly recommend it. I will use it for any web project I may have in the future and will always refer my associates to Fission and 360 PSG.

How do the features of your Fission CMS site help your clients?

GREATLY!  I can keep information up to date. I can add new photos and the site is convenient for our patients to gather information regarding their procedure and be prepared for their consultation and procedure.

What was the process like working with 360 PSG to build and design your site? Was it a positive experience?  What made it good, and what could we have done better?

It was very positive. I was very happy with the design and communicating with the staff was always happy. I was always treated well and felt good about my project.

Do you think you had a good amount of input in the design of your site?

Yes. Of course. The staff kept good communication and were understood our design preferences and kept to our style.

Can you tell me what you were looking for and what directed you to 360 PSG?

A content management system (CMS) and economical pricing.  I also was very fond of the portfolio and previous sites created.
