The 360 Blog

It’s been a hot, busy summer in Buffalo, New York! At times, we almost didn’t want to leave our comfy office to brave the heat waves and unforgiving UV rays. The great news? Our reluctance to go outdoors has provided our clients with a lot of exciting website launches and high-performing digital campaigns to enjoy while the weather cools down. In all seriousness, we had an awesome summer at 360 PSG (yes, even the outdoors too). Now that we have time to reflect, here are our picks for the top web projects of summer 2018!

We’ve made it to summer 2018! Our team has been busy launching, posting, writing, designing, supporting and managing numerous projects this season. It’s nice to take a step back and revisit the great client work and successes we’ve brought to the web. While website launches are only a portion of what we do over at 360 PSG, we put a lot of time and creativity into each project. Here are five of our top web projects from spring ‘18.

One of the most overlooked aspects of optimizing a website is the user experience. It can be difficult to gauge purely from the appearance and content of a site alone how users will interact with it. An experienced digital marketer will know that the way people interact with a website is just as important as how they find it.

It was a full house at 360 PSG this week for our Content Architecture, Modern Design Trends & Usability Workshop. Focusing on the importance of content and design in today’s digital world, our Dr. of Creative and Dr. of Operations, Jessa and Dan, presented what they believe a website needs in order to perform.

Trends come and go, but your website doesn’t. A website is a representation of your brand, what you offer and what you’re capable of. When executed properly, a strong website will generate interest, inquiries, leads -- all things a business strives for in the digital world. What happens when your website hasn’t been updated?

Summer is officially over and we may be a little sad about it, but being reminded of our favorite web projects from the season is the best way to get excited about what’s to come.

While we aren't really sure how another season has passed since our last "Favorite Web Projects" blog, we are back to share what we've been cooking up during spring at 360 PSG. We put a lot of hard work into each website, campaign and project, so it can be difficult to pick favorites! However, we whittled it down to five picks.

The concept is simple, and yet it may be the most overlooked component of an optimization program - when a visitor arrives at your site, it should be obvious what the choices are and where to find them so that the visit will not result in your prospect turning to "dust."

We're all guilty of taking advantage of the summer months while they are available to us; the warm weather, long lunches, the social atmosphere coming to a peak, and the easy going nature of our days tend to take off some of our edge. It's summertime, and the living is easy. The harsh reality is that the Fall comes a lot quicker than most of us expect, and the slower summer months begin to affect our bottom lines, in whatever role we assume. Instead of scrambling, we've broken down some steps to keep you on top of your game as you begin your first marketing campaigns to get back to business.

Website design is much more than the visual look and feel. Proper content is the foundation for a powerful website, and centering your design around content is the ideal strategy to adopt for an effective website.

If you're putting out content for your customers, it's important that they connect and feel invested with what you're saying. However, as a business, it can be difficult to decipher what types of posts are going to attract a larger audience. Learn how to use words to help people connect and appreciate what you're publishing.

Your website is the first impression that you make to prospects and clients. Because of this, you should be aware of changes in the marketplace to ensure your website is up-to-date and take advantage of current best practices. This is not to say that you need to redesign your site every year, but an annual spring cleaning may be in order.
